Rickmers Shipmanagement renamed as ZEABORN Ship Management

Rickmers Shipmanagement (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. has now been renamed ZEABORN Ship Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. The company is part of Bremen-based ZEABORN Group since September 2017 and has been trading under its new name with effect from 30 August 2018.

Masterbulk Appoints Rickmers as Third Party Shipmanager

Masterbulk is pleased to announce the appointment of Rickmers Shipmanagement (Singapore) as Masterbulk Pte Ltd’s new primary third party ship manager. Rickmers will take over management of 16 open hatch gantry crane bulk carriers progressively between May and August 2015.

IKEBANA’s bow replacement takes shape. Chengxi Shipyard, China

As part of Masterbulk’s efforts to increase efficiency and minimize the environmental impact of our ships, all four I class vessels, starting with IKEBANA, are undergoing bow modifications in 2014/2015. We expect fuel savings of around 5.3%, and this project qualifies for an MPA Green Award grant. Read more…
